I’ve seen a few videos of this young female collegiate gymnast as she just continues to excel and improve. Skills like these might have a component of athletic natural ability but require an enormous commitment of hard work, repetition and perseverance. Actually, these qualities are the same required to excel in almost any field of endeavor. She also does it with a huge smile on her face, which while it doesn’t cost her anything truly changes the audience's experience.
