Nelson Mandela was an internationally known South African apartheid activist and politician who served as the first President of South Africa from 1994-1999. BUT, this was after he was imprisoned for twenty-seven years, from 1964-1990.

Just imagine fighting for yours and millions of others desire for freedom and opportunity, and the price he was willing to (and did) pay.

Please re-read his quote and maybe use it as an affirmation you tell yourself when you are afraid!
