This woman appeared on one of the very popular talent shows. She sang this song her voice made famous, but no one knew it was her, as she was more comfortable to remain in the background. I have to present the two equally important sides of this situation. We all should strive for whatever we can accomplish and try and put aside our fears. (See my quote that I use from none other than Nelson Mandela about fear and hope). Yet as a society much of what’s accomplished is by what we commonly call them - the average Joe or Jane. Without millions of teachers, factory workers, maids, etc. doing their jobs well every day, we would all be missing out significantly. So, find your strengths and happiness and revel in it. If and when you’re ready to do more, go for it!
