For me this video has two valuable messages. Being there for our parents, grandparents and children are amongst the most important things in life. The other is for those in positions of authority our staffs physical and emotional needs and wellbeing is also critically important. This manager lost a dedicated employee because he exhibited little or no empathy and understanding. Always try putting on someone else’s shoes.
