This seems very complicated but it has to do with a couples sexual relationship. The husbands side effects from a medication brought down his sexual desire. So he figured if he gave it to his wife unknowingly she too would have lower sexual desire and that would resolve their problem. I know talking about one’s sexual difficulties is hard, maybe especially so for many men, but communication might well help come up with a better solution for them both. It might require use of a therapist but likely needs to be one with specialized training in sexuality.
